By Air

Both Jetstar and Virgin Australia fly daily directly into Ayers Rock Airport from Sydney. Jetstar has a 4 weekly return service from Melbourne Tullamarine and a 3 times weekly service from Brisbane into Ayers Rock Airport. Qantas operates daily flights to Ayers Rock Airport from Sydney and Melbourne via Alice Springs, a daily direct flight from Cairns, as well as twice weekly direct flights from Darwin and Adelaide.

Car Hire

Hiring a car is a great way to explore Uluru and Kata Tjuta at your own pace. Avis, Hertz and Thrifty car rentals operate out of Ayers Rock Resort and Ayers Rock Airport. One-way rentals are also available from Alice Springs.

Travel by luxury air-conditioned coach transfers through beautiful desert landscapes. Services operate between Uluru / Ayers Rock Resort, Kings Canyon and Alice Springs.

Resort Shuttle

A free shuttle bus circulates the Resort daily, departing approximately every 20 minutes from 10.30am - 12.30am. It stops at all Hotels, the Campgrounds, Resort Town Square and the Visitors Centre.
